Add staff
Let up to 4 people sell from their own phones while you see every shift and sale.
Before you start
Invite someone
- Go to Profile → Manage Staff and tap Add staff.
- You'll get a 6-character Staff invite code. Tap Copy and send it to them. The code works for 24 hours.
Join as staff (on their phone)
- Install Kalamooo and open it.
- Tap Staff — “I have an invite code from my store owner”.
- Enter the Invite code and Your name, then tap Join.
Staff can ring up cash and credit sales for customers you've added. Only you can add customers.
See what your team is doing
Manage Staff shows each person's shifts and sales. Stock stays correct even when several phones sell the same item at once.
To remove someone, open them in Manage Staff and tap Revoke Access. If a staff member logs out, reinstalls, or changes phones, send them a new invite.
